Who we are
This website markets 2825 Crusader St, Alameda, CA 94501, which is offered for sale directly by its owners. We are private individuals selling our own home, not a brokerage.
What we collect
If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not buy or collect information about you from other sources.
How we use it
Only to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about this property and its sale. We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that operate this site and deliver our email, and — if you make an offer — with the professionals involved in the transaction (e.g., escrow/title), as needed.
Third-party embeds
The map/Street View (Google) and the 3D tour (Zillow) are embedded from those companies and load content from their servers, subject to their own privacy policies. The listing video is served from our hosting provider.
Retention & your choices
We keep inquiry messages through the sale process and delete them after the sale closes. To ask us to delete your information sooner — or for any privacy question — email us and we'll take care of it.
